Low Voltage Panels
Metal-clad, totally enclosed cubicle switchgear with lockable hinged doors, front/back access and free-standing floor mounting for indoor and outdoor service. Vertical sections bolt together into a rigid assembly, finished with powder coating. Busbar and cable chambers as required.
Distribution Boards
Resembling IEC 61439 type-tested design, fully fabricated on laser fibre and CNC machines from 1.5–2 mm MS sheet (SS on demand), finished in RAL 7032/7035 powder paint above 80 microns, with easy access for field wiring. Three standard designs held as ready-stock metal parts; other sizes made quickly to order.
ATS / AMF Panels
Our motorised ATS/AMF is a specialised HH product with both automatic and manual operation for higher reliability. Manual override uses two circuit breakers and a specially designed motor mechanism to switch between utility and generator supplies.
Power Factor Improvement Plants
Indoor correction panels with fixed or automatic capacitor switching that cut power losses, limit unwanted current, extend system life and lower electricity cost. Two-cubicle design: capacitor compartment plus control compartment.
MCC & VFD Panels
Fixed-type LV motor control centres that group motor control, automation and power distribution in a compact, economical package — motor starters, variable frequency drives, soft starters and DOL starters with digital and analogue metering. PLC / HMI automation panels available.
Bus Tie Ducts up to 6300A
LV bus tie duct systems that carry load to and from the main distribution board, built for the required voltage, ampere and fault-level ratings. Electrolytic copper bus bars on insulators inside a sturdy sheet-metal duct, sized to stay within IEC temperature-rise limits. We also supply, design and install imported busways from 600A to 6300A.
