HH Engineering was founded in 2021 by a team and management with more than 25 years of experience in switchgear, automation and control, dealing in low and medium voltage products for mega projects across the country. Our team carries out complete electrical installation, testing and commissioning of the products we supply — and the latest technology in busway design and implementation is part of our everyday work.

EnerTeck Solutions / Zainergy

Partnership with EnerTeck Solutions to sell and service Zainergy's range of energy-monitoring products in Pakistan — smart energy analysis surveys, IIoT monitoring and cloud dashboards for our clients.

Installation partner: M/s TSK Engineering LV/MV installation for OBS Pharma, Winner Foods, Indus Motors, IFFCO Pakistan, Metro Airport and Aladin Amusement Park.

Our Facilities

Fabrication

CNC Shape Delta-2 punching (20 tools, 110 punches/min, 20-ton), SENFENG laser fibre cutting (up to 8 mm MS / 4 mm SS), 8 ft 40-ton bender, 10 ft shearing, 40 & 50-ton presses, electric + spot welding.

Powder Coating

Three stages — surface preparation, electrostatic spray deposition, heat curing — checked at 110–120+ microns. Weather-proof jobs get a 40–60 micron zinc-rich primer.

Electrofitting

2,000 sq ft covered area for copper and wiring work, battery torque tools, hydraulic copper punching and bending, Fibon insulators and Luvata copper.

Design & Estimation

Design office beside the factory with skilled draftsmen and engineers, plus a bid & estimation team at head office for fast, accurate quotations.

Quality testing

Every Panel Tested Before It Leaves the Factory

Standard Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are performed in-house. Full testing protocols are available on request.

Physical Inspection

RAL 7035/7032 finish, bus bar bolt torque, earthing bus bar and loops, control wiring vs drawing, locks and gaskets, live-bus protection, ventilation, cable entry, sheet gauge, IP class.

Functional Inspection

Switchboard works per scheme, breaker operation and interlocks, all metering, 3-phase indication lights.

Electrical Tests

Dielectric test with Hi-Pot tester; bus bar insulation test with Megger.
